1. General information

The Maman TMS application, owned by MAMAN S.R.L., is designed exclusively for logistics management and last-mile optimization. This policy describes how we collect and protect the information of our users (drivers and operations staff).

2. Information we collect

For the transport and delivery service to work properly, the application accesses:

  • Identification data: name and email provided for login and route sheet assignment.
  • Real-time location (GPS): precise location data to enable efficient routing to delivery points and to inform the operator about route status.
  • Files and camera: camera access so the driver can take photos of the delivery receipt or the visited address as proof of service.
  • Contact data (phone): access to recipients’ phone numbers so the driver can notify them when the delivery is near.

3. Use of information

The information collected is used strictly to:

  • Organize and assign deliveries by locality.
  • Provide GPS navigation to delivery destinations.
  • Notify drivers through alerts about new assignments or changes to their route sheet.
  • Keep a delivery history for accountability to the clients who contract the logistics service.

4. Data sharing

MAMAN does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Delivery data (photos and statuses) is shared only with the clients who contract the logistics service, to validate service fulfillment.

5. Data security

We implement technical security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.

6. User rights

Users may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data by contacting the company’s systems area.
